1. Discuss weekend plans with peers, using our important weekend questions from memory.

2. Sing our song of the week: “Andar conmigo.”

**Quick discussion about música ranchera from México.

3. Practice our gestures and our irregular yo song.

4. Listen to some brave volunteers sing the irregular yo song for the class.

5. Write out a basic template for telling a story in the past:

INTRODUCTION: Establish main character, description, location.

6. Students added a new high-frequency phrase to our list:

7. Using the high-frequency words in the past list, table groups worked together to write a story in the past using the pictures displayed on the screen.
