Today’s Agenda:

1. Read, in Spanish, for ten minutes during SSR.

2. Discuss the weekend, first seeing how well we can remember three of our fundamental weekend questions:

--What did you do during the weekend?............¿Qué hiciste durante el fin de semana?
--What did you have to do?................................¿Qué tuviste que hacer?
--What did you do in order to have fun?............¿Qué hiciste para divertirte?

**MUCH better job remembering these important questions this week!

3. Practice our preterite verbs (regular/irregular/-car,-gar,-zar).

**Remember, there’s no trick to looking at an infinitive and knowing whether it’s regular or irregular in the preterite. You just have to memorize the irregulars…and the 8 irregulars on your blue packet are fair game!!!

4. Finish writing the group stories from Friday.

Homework: If your story isn’t at least 60 words (bare minimum!) or finished, please get it ready for tomorrow.

Español Dos (2):

Today’s Agenda:

1. Read, in Spanish, for ten minutes during SSR.

2. Discuss the weekend.

3. Finish reviewing our answers to the impersonal “se” worksheet.

4. Practice our commands.

5. Take a pre-test on por/para, one of the ch. 9 grammar targets.

6. Receive the chapter 9 pink packet & begin to define our new vocabulary.
