Today’s Learning Objectives:

1. Do our “para empezar” warm-up: 9-6 (practice with doler).

2. Listen to our song of the week: “Tú y mil mares.” Nice job catching the remaining words: todavía, mejor, ahora, (and the following, repeated missing words): regresas, ayúdame, todavía, mejor, me, te, me.

3. Practice our gestures and share injury stories.

4. Practice listening with listening activities 9.1 & 9.2.

5. In the new table groups, read “El padre inteligente” together and practice using your instincts to decipher the meanings of new words in context. We will review the story tomorrow.

Homework: The chapter 9 crossword will be collected tomorrow.
