Today’s Agenda:

1. Review yesterday’s vocabulary quizzes.

2. Practice spelling unknown words in Spanish, based upon our knowledge of Spanish phonetics.

3. Listen to and sing our song of the week, “La familia tradicional.”

4a. Tackle 5-1 & 5-2 in table groups.
4b. Gradebook checks for missing/incomplete assignments.

5. (2nd hour only): Review 5-1 & 5-2.

6. Play a quick round of charades.

Homework: None officially, though we have only SEVEN days until final exams begin, so start studying!!

Español Dos (2):

Today’s Agenda:

1. Practice spelling unknown words, using our knowledge of Spanish phonetics.

2. Listen to our song of the week, “Ojos así.”

3. Finish defining our chapter 5 vocabulary.

4. Establish some gestures for our chapter 5 vocabulary.

5. Practice singing our “cucaracha” song.

6a. Individually create a tangram board game to practice our irregular, preterite verbs.
6b. Gradebook checks for missing/incomplete assignments.

Homework: Finish making your tangram board if you did not finish in class. Remember, there are SEVEN class days left until final exams. Making chapter 5 flashcards is highly recommended.
