Español Uno (1):
Today’s Agenda:
1. Tackle 9-5 in the workbook.
**Quick reminder that the present tense lets us convey a lot more in Spanish than in English. You noticed on 9-5 that “duermen,” for instance, conveyed “they are sleeping” in this context instead of “they sleep.” Good job using the context to come up with the correct meaning.
2. Listen to our new song of the week: “Suerte.” Nice job catching the first three missing phrases: te vas, que & para mí.
3. Practice our ch. 9 gestures. We are pretty solid with our ch. 9 vocabulary and will be moving into ch. 10 very soon.
EXPECT A VOCABULARY QUIZ soon, particularly emphasizing ch.8 & ch.9 vocabulary.
