Today’s Agenda:
1. Read, in Spanish, for ten minutes during SSR.
2. Change table groups.
3. Discuss the weekend, answering three of our fundamental questions:
--¿Qué hiciste para divertirte?
--¿Cómo viniste a PCFC esta mañana? ¿Anduviste? ¿Condujiste?
--¿Qué te pusiste esta mañana?
4. Practice our gestures.
5. (1st hour): Tackle a quick grammar quiz on the irregular yo forms in the present tense.
(2nd hour): Receive Friday’s grammar quiz on the irregular yo forms in the present tense.
**Remember, it’s just a matter of being able to produce the Spanish; you have to know their MEANINGS.
6. Receive a blue packet for the present tense and briefly discuss the uses of the present tense in Spanish. Spanish let’s us convey a LOT more with the present tense than English does.
**We will begin to fill out the new, blue present tense packet tomorrow.

5. Review 9-9.
6. Tackle the last remaining section on our blue, preterite packets: “Y” verbs (verbs that have a special spelling change to a “y”)
7. In table groups, tackle 9-7 in the workbook.
