Today’s Agenda:

1a. Finish our second speaking assessments.

1b. Continue with our chapter 4/12 food vocabulary. While speaking exams were being conducted, students:

--finished defining the new vocabulary on the new chapter 4/12 pink packet

--finished making flashcards for the chapter

**Reminder: You are expected to memorize our new food/tableware vocabulary (all 65!), using your flashcards for 5-10 minutes EVERY NIGHT.

**Reminder: We have two scheduled vocabulary quizzes for this vocabulary: Thursday, December 17th & Wednesday, January 6th

Homework: Finish the flashcards if not completed in class. Begin to study your new food/tableware vocabulary.

Today’s Agenda:

1. Receive yesterday’s vocabulary quizzes.

2. Listen to our song of the week: “Y aquí estoy.

3. Self-assess on high-frequency vocabulary in the past.

4. Illustrate a four-frame picture series for practicing our speaking.

5. Trade illustrations and practice speaking with peers.

Homework: Our second speaking assessments are Thursday & Friday. Come prepared tomorrow to tell an original story in the past, using our high-frequency vocabulary.
