1. Practice our basic questions, and learn two new ones:

--¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy? (What is the date today?)
--¿Qué hora es? (What is the time?)

2. Finish the second part of yesterday’s listening quiz.

3. Listen to our song of the week: “Eres.

4. Do our first, graded dictation.

Homework: None, though it would be wise to make flaschcards for our chapter one, pink packet vocabulary!

Español Dos (2):

1. Receive yesterday’s listening quizzes. Nice job!

2. Listen to our song of the week: “Eres.

**More tangential practice with boot verbs. New grammar terminology in Spanish: “verbos de bota” (boot verbs), “verbos de cambio radical” (stem-changing verbs). Both terms mean the same thing. These terms are especially important as you continue on to Spanish 3 and beyond.

3. More practice writing “comparativos" & “superlativos.

4. Practice our gestures & our new “irregular yo song.”

5. Review workbook page 1-2 from a couple days ago.

6. Begin the homework.

Homework: 1-3 in the workbook, with ALL even numbers translated. Remember to FULLY translate!
