Today’s Agenda:
1. Tackle our “para empezar” warm-up reviewing Sp. 1 classroom vocabulary.
2. Listen to our new song of the week: “Te extraño.” Nice job catching the first three missing words: busco, lejos de, mira.
3. Define the non-gesture words in our new pink packet vocabulary, as well as the first eight gesture words.
4. Practice our eight new Ch. 1 gestures.
5. In small groups, tackle the reading “Estoy inquieta.” This is a practice reading to get you used to this type of reading assessment, which assesses your ability to understand new words based upon context or linguistic cues.
Homework: For tomorrow, finish the reading “Estoy inquieta.” For Monday, finish your Ch. 1 flashcards.
