Announcement: We didn't have time to start making the flashcards in class today. Come prepared tomorrow with all the needed materials.

Today's Agenda:

1. Review some important reading vocabulary (la gente, el lugar, las cosas), as well as some Sp. 1 vocabulary.

2. Discuss what we did over the weekend, in Spanish. Take a quick listening quiz on what others shared. If you were absent today, this cannot be made up, and goes as "excused" in the gradebook.

3. Quick discussion about why we listen to songs of the week, and how we're assessed on them. Listen to our first song of the week: "No más de ti.” Nice job catching the first three missing phrases: sólo, otra vez, tengo que.

Homework: Have your completed flashcards ready to show me by Thursday.
